This letter confirms that The Associated Sulpicians of the United States has the sole rights over the estate of the late eminent biblical scholar, Fr. Raymond E. Brown, S.S.
The Associated Sulpicians have granted certain exclusive rights to Welcome Recordings, operated by Paul Soffe of Hawarden Deeside, Wales, to publish and market recordings of Fr. Brown's, such as The Beginnings of the Church, with the full protection of national and international copyright laws. They have also authorized Welcome Recordings to seek out any other recordings of Fr. Brown that might be resources for further editions of his lectures. Welcome Recordings may also be willing to negotiate a fee for such recordings.
Any illegal duplication or marketing of such materials without the expressed written permission of the Associated Sulpicians of the United States, is strictly prohibited. The Associated Sulpicians assumes no liability in these matters and does not act as an agent for Welcome Recordings.
